With STAR CORP’s manufacturer-backed 5-Year Service Warranty, BYD car owners are assured of worry-free motoring for many more years than with regular coverage warranties.  Available at all BYD dealerships, it is a solid testament on the build and quality across the entire range of BYD cars and an assurance of BYD’s commitment to total customer satisfaction. 

Our 5-Year Warranty or 100,000-kilometer coverage, whichever comes first, covers the totality of the BYD vehicle – from the engine, transmission and all parts, bumper to bumper.   If you own a BYD vehicle, you get 5-year protection, which translates to five years of peace of mind.

BYD Response Operations (BRO)

BRO is STAR CORP’s unique approach to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations and provide the services they need wherever they are.   Call it a service concierge that is exclusive to BYD owners.  BRO stands by its name. Like a real-life BRO, you can depend on BYD to come to your aid and service your needs, speedily.  

Anywhere you are, BRO is just a call away.  Simply call the BRO hotline at 533-8888 or (0917) 650-1111 and BRO will ascertain your trouble or situation. If your concern can be addressed over the phone, BRO shall guide you step-by-step with the troubleshooting.   If your concern is a minor technical problem which requires a service schedule, BRO can book you a slot for our service. 

BRO may even call the AAP on your behalf should you need Emergency Roadside Assistance to get your vehicle towed to the nearest BYD Service Center and once your vehicle arrives, our staff will provide you with further assistance.

Customers, who have no time to drop by our Service Centers for the required maintenance services, need not worry anymore.  If you can’t bring your BYD to the dealership, then we will bring the dealership to you.  BRO can be scheduled for premium home service and we can work on your car whether you’re at home or at the office.
